Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship to customers worldwide.


Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are dispatched from Europe.


Is it possible to change or cancel my order?

Because we begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed, any request to change or cancel must be made within 1 hour of checkout. After this window, changes may no longer be possible.

If your order has already been processed, you can still return it for a refund once it arrives.


Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.


When is my order processed?

Orders are prepared and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday). During busy periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped shortly after. We do not ship on weekends.


How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks.


What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your package hasn’t arrived within 20 days of being shipped, please reach out to us at contact@everydayerclub.com , and we’ll look into it for you.


Are there customs fees or extra taxes?

No. All prices shown on our website already include applicable taxes. You won’t be charged additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery.


How do I start a return?

To request a return, simply email us at contact@everydayerclub.com , and we’ll provide the next steps.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.


When will my refund be issued?

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method.

If you paid by card, refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after the return or cancellation is confirmed. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

If your refund seems delayed, we recommend checking directly with your bank or card provider.
